Tasmania Roadtrip - Week 4 - Russell Falls

The first section to the picturesque Russell Falls is easy, quite level and well sealed. Tree ferns lined the path with tall trees, mostly myrtles and eucalypts, reaching up through the canopy. It was a very pretty walk and to be rewarded with this beautiful tiered–cascade waterfall was a bonus! It falls almost 50m down to the viewing platform.
